Chandler Farms, LLC overseas all farming and harvesting operations of our farmland.  We farm over 5,000 acres of strategically located farm-ground in the Pacific Southwestern United States.  The warm Arizona climate provides 300 days of annual sunshine, providing 10 months of ideal alfalfa growing and harvest conditions.  All of our farms are planted with USDA certified non-GMO alfalfa seed.   We utilize advanced center-pivot irrigation technology to maximize hay quality and yields while conserving our precious water resources.    We have made significant capital investments in the supply chain to ensure a long-term supply of safe non-GMO alfalfa.  This control affords us the ability to control product quality, seed types, harvest schedules, bale size, and nutritional contents, all while offering a stable and competitive pricing structure.

With over 4,000 acres, we operate one of the premier alfalfa farming operations in the Pacific Southwest.   Through the use of pivot irrigation, hay-steamers, and high-density balers, we have advanced the irrigation and harvest techniques to ensure maximum leaf retention, best color, and exceptional quality.  Our in-house farm and harvest team are the best in the business.   With over 100 years combined experience in alfalfa production, we understand what it takes to grow and produce high-quality hay.    Our quality-inspection process begins in the fields before harvest. Clean, weed and grass free fields are essential to growing high quality alfalfa. Bales are continuously inspected throughout the production process for quality and foreign material. Each stack is inspected and assigned a grade based on physical and nutritional qualities. Call us today to schedule a farm tour and see first-hand how we go above and beyond to produce the best quality hay.
